Architecture

Chettinadu architecture design is a distinctive style originating from the Chettinad region of Tamil Nadu, India. It is characterized by its grand mansions, intricate woodwork, and the use of local materials like red clay bricks and lime. The design often spacious courtyards, ornate pillars, and detailed frescoes, reflecting the cultural heritage and craftsmanship of the Chettiar community. This architectural style is a beautiful blend of practicality and aesthetic appeal, making it a significant part of India's architectural landscape.

Design & Construction

The building was thoughtfully conceptualized and meticulously coordinated by Arcane Space, a Trichy-based architectural studio helmed by the talented Architect Aswin Surya. Known for their innovative design approach and attention to detail, the team at Arcane Space ensured that every aspect of the project was carefully planned and executed to meet the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality.

The construction phase was expertly handled by Naveen Builders, a firm renowned for its commitment to quality and precision. Under the skilled leadership of its proprietor, Mr. Sridhar R., the construction team brought the architectural vision to life, ensuring that the project was completed seamlessly and to perfection. This collaboration between Arcane Space and Naveen Builders resulted in a harmonious blend of design excellence and construction expertise.

The digital renders and walkthroughs were created by Arcane Studio and  architect Mukesh from Bangalore.
